The fitness center at The Anderson isn't just a room with equipment — it's a connected studio. The bikes, treadmills, and strength machines are online, so you get instructor-led classes, live metrics, and your own progress tracking right on the gear.
Peloton: classes on demand
Hop on a Peloton bike and you're one tap from thousands of live and on-demand classes — cycling, scenic rides, and instructor-led sessions. The screen shows your cadence, resistance, and output in real time, and the leaderboard lets you ride against the class or just yourself. Log into your own Peloton account and your history, milestones, and favorite instructors come right with you.
Technogym: guided strength and cardio
The Technogym machines connect to the Technogym app and its mywellness cloud. Scan in, and each machine can guide your workout — tracking reps, weight, and range of motion, and serving up personalized programs that adapt as you get stronger. The connected treadmills and cardio gear stream entertainment and on-demand sessions too.
Your workout, tracked and synced
Because the equipment is connected, your effort doesn't disappear when you rack the weights. Sessions sync to your profile and out to the apps you already use — Apple Health, Strava, Fitbit and more — so your rings close and your streaks stay alive. Start a program on one machine and pick it up on the next.

Why it works so well here
Connected equipment is only as good as the network behind it. The fitness center is covered by WiFi 7, so classes stream without buffering and live metrics stay real-time even when the gym is packed — no spinning loaders mid-climb.
Just bring yourself
No need to haul your own equipment or a tablet. Sign into your accounts on the bikes and machines, work out, and sign off — your data goes with you. It's a boutique-studio experience a few floors from your door.
